The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure passed in application of Arti cles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
