Description - The holder of the framework agreement is informed that the Center Hospitalier Alpes Léman, supporting establishment of the GHT Léman Mont Blanc, awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (article L.6132-2-5°a) of the code of Public Health) for the benefit of the beneficiary establishment. As such, the supporting establishment conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on behalf of the beneficiary party establishment. This establishment is, for its part, responsible for the execution of the contract with the exception of the award of possible amendments.
