Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and award a modification to Delivery Order N0001924F2569 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0001 to ELBITAMERICA, INC., 4700 M arine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76179 on a sole source basis for: The procurement of repairs to Standby Flight Display (SFD) units in support of retrofit and production of the V-22 Aircraft. The modification is in-scope to the terms of the basic contract. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to ELBITAMERICA, INC. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 3204(a)
