Description - Description: The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes to Repair Maintenance Dock B578 and Repair IMC Pavements Area F, at Joint Base Charleston, South Ca rolina. This project is to repair a +/- 27,100 SF aircraft maintenance dock building to include replace air handler unit, chilled water supply/return pumps. Replace chiller and packaged terminal A/C units. Replace domestic hot water heater. Replace faulty 400 HZ wiring and converter. Repaint hangar floor, and CMU walls, update bathrooms and fixtures, update office floor and fixtures. Assess and repair, as necessary, the existing fire suppression
