Experience and Qualifying Criteria:
The bidder must possess the requisite experience, strength and capabilities in providing
services necessary to meet the requirements as described in the RFP document. Keeping in
view the complexity and volume of the work involved, following criteria are prescribed as the
eligibility criteria for the bidder interested in undertaking this work. The bidder must also
possess technical know-how and financial strength where with that would be required for
successful Repair and maintenance of street lights for the entire period of the AMC (1 year).
The bids must be complete in all respect and should cover entire scope of work as stipulated
in the bid document. This invitation to bid is open to all bidders who qualify the eligibility
criteria as given below:

1 ISR reserves the right to change any bid condition even after inviting the bids, with/without
prior notification.

to awarding the Contracts/ work order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
