Description - The Municipality of Saint-Ubalde wishes to proceed in phases with the repair of the roof of the town hall located at 427 boulevard Chabot, Saint-Ubalde. The work generally consists of carrying out the total repair of the roof in phase. The first phas e consists of redoing the section called the roof terrace while removing the bell tower. The supplier must take into account the comments in the document produced by Ms. Isabel Mainguy of Tergos Architecture in Appendix B of this call for tenders. The work must be completed by May 31, 2024 considering that it is conditional on financial assistance from PRABAM, the program of which expires on this same date.
