Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material and equipment as required to perform the following work and shall be done in a manner to provide a complete, usable and finished end product, to replace dehumidifier (DAHU 16) in room 211 and the condensing unit (ACC 16) located on the roof of building DN-355 at Dam Neck Annex, Virginia Beach, VA. The Contractor shall give the Activity 15 day’s prior notice before starting any work, and shall apply for an outage through the contracting officer. In general, the Scope of Work includes the Contractor shall secure the electrical power to the existing DAHU and Condensing Unit, utilizing proper OSHA approved Lock out/ Tag out
