Description - Description: The district of Miesbach is planning and building a new building on the site of the existing district office at Rosenheimer Strasse 1-3/corner of Münchner Strasse in Miesbach to replace existing old buildings that are being demolished. The roof areas of the east wing and the entrance area (canopy) of the new building will be designed as green flat roofs. The roof areas are located above the ground floor and the 2nd floor. The roofs are retention structures. The roof areas will be divided into intensively and extensively used areas. The intensive part will be used as a roof terrace and equipped with intensively planted raised beds, terrace slabs on stilts, a pergola and seating.
