Description - Description: City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors who can demonstrate the appropriate experience, knowledge and availability needed for the replacement of all major equipment for the existing Elksentre ammoni a refrigeration plant system that will include compressors, evaporative condenser, brine chiller, and ancillary equipment. The evaporative condenser will be replaced with a plate and frame condenser to be located within the mechanical room and a fluid cooler to be located outside of the east side of the building.
