Description - Description: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUMMARYThe Canadian Coast Guard (hereinafter "CCG") uses a site in Beauharnois for its buoy tending operations. This site is equipped with a hovercraft ramp built in 2017. The existing ramp consists of a flexible con crete mat for the lower part of the ramp and a 200 mm-thick reinforced concrete slab-on-grade for the upper part of the ramp. The length of the articulated concrete mat section is around 30 meters, and that of the slab on grade is also around 30 meters. The width of the ramp is approximately 22 meters.For safety reasons related to CCG operations, the Ministry wishes to remove the existing flexible concrete mat over a length of approximately 20 me
