The subject of the order in the "design and build" system is the replacement of passenger lifts in blocks B1, B2, D2 of the Ministry of Finance building at 12 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw. The scope of work includes, among others: 1.1. preparation of design documentation;1.2. obtaining a decision of the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments permitting the work to be carried out;1.3. obtaining a building permit from the Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the Warsaw City Hall;1.4. performance of construction and assembly works;1.5. replacement of lifts, lift components and elements;1.6. performance of accompanying works together with safety works.1.7.
