Sl.No अहयता मापदंड Eligibility Criteria पात्रता हेतुस्कै ि नकर्ा हुआ दस्तािेजी अपलोड नकर्ा जाए Documentary proof for the eligibility (To be scanned & uploaded) a. बोिीकताा बोिी प्रस्तुवत के अंवतर् वदि के एक वदि पहिेसर्ाप्त होिेिािी अिवध तक 7 िषा के दौराि विम्न उल्लेखित को सखिवित करता हुआ सर्ाि काया संतोषजिक रूप से पूणा वकया होिा चावहए: The bidder should have satisfactorily completed the similar works comprising as mentioned below during the last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of bids. i. तीि सर्ाि काया, प्रत्येक की िागत Rs. 60.12 लाख से कर् िहीं होिा चावहए यावि अिुर्ावित िागत के 40%| Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 60.12 Lakhs being 40% of the estimated cost. (र्ा or) ii. दो सर्ाि काया, प्रत्येक की िागत Rs. 90.19 लाख से कर् िहीं होिी चावहए यावि अिुर्ावित िागत के 60% | Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 90.19 Lakhs being 60% of the estimated cost. (र्ा or) iii. एक सर्ाि काया, वजसकी िागत Rs. 120.25 लाख से कर् िहीं होिा चावहए यावि अिुर्ावित िागत के 80% | One similar work costing not less than Rs. 120.25 Lakhs being 80% of the estimated cost. i.स्थापिा काया अिुभि से संबंवधत प्रावधकारी द्वारा जारी काया आदेशों तथा पूणाता प्रर्ाणपि की प्रर्ावणत प्रवत। Certified copy of work ordersand completion certificates for work issued by the authority concerned to establish work experience. ii.विजी कं पवियों द्वारा कायों हेतु पूणाता प्रर्ाणपि के साथ टी.डी.एस. (स्रोत पर कटौती वकया गया कर) प्रर्ाणपि भी देिा होगा। Completion certificates for works issued by Private parties shall be supported by TDS (Tax Deducte d at Source) certificates. (i) िोट: Note: समाि कार्य का आशर् “ र्ात्री नलफ्ों/माल नलफ्ों की एसआईटीसी/एएमसी में अिुभि होिा” I Similar work shall mean works of “Having experience in SITC / AMC of Passenger Lifts / Goods Lifts” DOS/ISRO Replacement of Passenger Lifts at Vikramnagar DOS Housing Colony 3 क्र.सं. Sl.No अहयता मापदंड Eligibility Criteria पात्रता हेतुस्कै ि नकर्ा हुआ दस्तािेजी अपलोड नकर्ा जाए Documentary proof for the eligibility (To be scanned & uploaded) (ii) (iii) नकए गए कार्ों का मूल्य, कार्य के िास्तनिक मूल्य में 7% प्रनत िर्य की साधारण दर से बढ़ोत्तरी करिे पर ितयमाि लागत स्तर तक हो जािा चानहए,नजसकी गणिा कार्य समाप्त होिे की नतनि सेबोली प्रस्तुनत के अंनतम नदि तक है। The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to last date of submission of bids. उप संनिदा और संर्ुक्त कार्य के रूप में नकए गए कार्य पात्रता/आकलि के र्ोग्य िहीं होंगे। Work executed as sub-contract & joint venture will not merit for eligibility/evaluation. b. 31 र्ाचा (यावि 31-03-2023) को सर्ाप्त वपछिे तीि िषों र्ें औसत िावषाक वित्तीय कारोबार के काया की अिुर्ावित िागत के 30 % से कर् िही होिा चावहए (यावि Rs. 45.09 लाख)। Should have average annual financial turnover not less than 30 % of the estimated cost (i.e. Rs. 45.09 Lakhs) of the work during the last three years ending 31st March of preceding year i.e. 31-03-2023. िावषाक वित्तीय कारोबार तथा िाभ एिं हावि दशााते तुिि पि की चाटाडा एकाउं |
