Description - Description: The current VTH system does not meet the requirements and wishes of the users of the VTH team. The current system was purchased at the time (October 2020) for a limited use, namely the administration of permit applications for the Reinfo rcement Task. The rest of the legal tasks in the field of Permits, Supervision & Enforcement have been outsourced. In May 2023, the decision was made to bring all outsourced tasks, except for the environmental tasks, back to the municipal organization.
