Description - As part of the “Nature 2050” project, the city of Kremlin-Bicêtre has initiated project management studies for the requalification of the Victor Hugo block. The project is located in the city center district, in a dense and residential urban fab ric. The space to be reclassified is a pedestrian zone dedicated to local public facilities and to the residential complexes which adjoin it.
