Description - The PUC is contemplating the future engagement of one or more consultants to assist in the implementation of SB 2627. Accordingly, the PUC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assess the work necessary to establish and administer the TEF program, including but not limited to the development of: agency rules governing the program;a loan application;financial, managerial, and technical factors for selecting and approving projects;titles and job descriptions for both internal and external personnel needed to oversee the program; anda system to assist the PUC with tracking TEF program compliance.
