Description - Description: The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) and the Opioid Abatement Fund Council (OAFC) issue this RFI to gather information regarding the peer workforce in Texas. The OAFC has adopted three grant strategies to implement in 2024, inc luding a Peer-to-Peer Workforce Enhancement program.
