Description - Description: This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 "Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions." The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, Little Goose Powerhouse has a requirement for the purchase of SEL protective relays, revenue meters, auxiliary & automation controllers, computer and communication equipment for the protection, control & annunciation systems upgrades.
