Description - Description: HHSC is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a modern, adaptable, single source, cloud- based, Contractor hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) or DCS hosted COTS (Commercial-Off-the-Shelf), Critical Incident Management System (CIMS) to be used by Medicaid waiver Providers established under Sections 1915(c) and 1115 of Social Security Act. The CIMS is used to report all Critical Incidents as defined in federal law and regulation.
