Description - Description: The request for participation concerns the implementation of the Kouvola Theatre premises as a collaborative project management contract, where the client is responsible for the design. The YH PJU contractor acts as the main contractor a nd implementer of the project. The project includes the renovation of the current "Kuntotalo" for the needs of the theatre (change of purpose) and the demolition of the current theatre section and the construction of a new section. The project is planned to be implemented in two stages from 2025 to 2028 according to the preliminary schedule attached.
