Description - Manitoba Infrastructure of the Government of Manitoba is constructing an interchange on PTH 100 at PTH 3 (McGillivray Boulevard) which is a priority location for improvements as identified in the South Perimeter Highway Design Study (SPHDS). This pro ject will be constructed using the Design-Build delivery model and includes the construction of:An interchange on PTH 100 at PTH 3 (McGillivray Boulevard);Reconstruction of PTH 100 and PTH 3 to align with the recommended alignment profile in the SPHDS;Intersections at Road 53 NE and West Service Road;Miscellaneous service road realignments and connections;Reclamation of part of existing PTH 100 and PTH 3 roadway along with miscellaneous parcels.M
