Description - The Texas Lottery Commission is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain Proposals from qualified Proposers to perform risk review and compliance monitoring services. The goal of the services requested in this RFP is to monitor and report o n contract compliance by the Texas Lottery® lottery operator vendor(s). The Successful Proposer will work with the Texas Lottery to appropriately identify and report on the lottery operator’s performance and contract compliance.
