Description - The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease space to meet the requirements of the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 22,438 SF consisting o f 1,788 SF of usable office space, 4,000 SF of conditioned warehouse, and 16,650 SF of warehouse space in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
