Description - Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Sections 1232.059 and 1201.027, the Texas Public Finance Authority (the "Authority") solicits responses to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") from law firms interested in providing bond counsel services, includ ing disclosure counsel services, to the Authority for the period beginning December 1, 2023.
