Description - Description: The Town of Huntersville is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consulting firms to provide professional services to develop a Park Specific Master Plan for the new Ramah Church Park in Huntersville, NC. The Ramah Church Park Land is an undeveloped 25-acre park site located at 13409 Ramah Church Road. This site backs up to the NorthStone subdivision and is located across the street from two other new subdivision that are underway. The concept plan will need to create a placeholder for a new fire station on the site as well.
