Description - Description: The Town of Huntersville is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consulting firms to provide professional services to develop a Park Specific Master Plan for the new Fire Station No. 4 Park in Huntersville, NC. The Fire Statio n No. 4 Park Land is the remaining 7 acres of land at the existing Fire Station site located at 8826 Mcllwaine Road. This site sits adjacent to a future elementary school that is being planning by Lake Norman Charter School. The Town has entered into a joint use agreement with the school for the use of their new gym.
