Description - Description: The purpose of this tender from the municipality of Eindhoven, hereinafter referred to as the client [OG], is finding a party that can flexibly support the client by independently requesting environmental permits, the files (or part of i t) if this is necessary, depending on the fluctuating question. The contracting authority wishes to have flexibility with the present framework agreement, with fluctuating numbers of draft requests and requests for environmental permits and/or reports.
