RE-OUOTA,TION NOTICE
Sealed competitive quotations are re-invited by the undersigned for the supply of following printing
Items as per the list attached, which are to be supplied to the Head office, ERCMPU LTD., Edappally for subject to the following terms & conditions:
I ' The Bidder should hold registration under GST. The registration number is to be indicated in the quotation.
2. The quantity & specification : As per Annexure attached. 3' The rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes and duties if any, packing and forrarding charges. 4. The rates should be quoted for delivery to HEAD orFIcE, ERcMpu LTD., EDAI,pfi,LIJy. 5' Earnest Money Deposit of { 1,000/- as Demand Draft in favour of Managing Director, ERGMPU Ltd' payable at Ernakulam should also be attached along with the quotation. The EMD can also be rernitted by cash at our head office from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p,m. during working days and the receipt number should be mentioned in the quotation. The quotations without EMD will be summarily rejected.
6' Those who have submitted EMD as DD against quotation notice no. EU/puR/3g/pRII{'tIN G/202g- 24/2136 dated 09.06 .ZOZ3 are exempted from EMD.
7 ' Samples of printing materials shall be available at Head office, Edappally during office hours. 8' The proof of the printed material should be got approved from this office before its printing. 9' The filled and super scribed quotation "PRTNTING ITEMS - 2023-24. should be received in this office on or before 13-07.2029,2.30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pM.
l0' The order will be placed partly or fully according to requirement from this office. payment will be made by A'lc payee Cheques within 30 days and final delivery of the goods as per purchase order in good condition.
I I ' validity of the quotation should be for a period of one year from the date of opening of the tender.
12. The quotation without GST No. will be summarily rejected. l3' The Managing Director reserves the right to actepi or reject quotation/items pargy or fully without assigning any reason.
