Description - Description: Elering AS has built a reserve transformer foundation in the Tartu 330/110/20 kV substation during previous procurements and installed a new 330 kV reserve transformer A5T on it. With this procurement, Elering will create reserveability for 330 kV transformers A1T and A2T by reconstructing the transformer protection and automation systems and will install 20 kV shoulder current-limiting reactors on 330 kV transformers. The primary and secondary connections will be constructed in such a way that readiness is created for the A5T transformer to be quickly put into operation as a reserve unit instead of either A1T or A2T.
