Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional contractor for repair by replacement one machine room elevator and install a new machine room less elevator at an apartment building in Mexico City. This effort will have an estimated value between $100,000. and $250,000. U.S. dollars, per FAR 36.204 (c). The Elevator shall be “turnkey” ready for the owner, meaning all elevator work shall be completed by the contractor in accordance with regulatory safety requirements and manufacturer requirements prior to approval for passenger use.
