Description - Description: NVRC seeks a contractor who will develop design rainfall depths for communities in Northern Virginia that account for climate change projections. Using the Mid-Atlantic Climate Adaptation Partnership's Intensity Duration and Frequency (I DF) curve tool, the contractor will develop a regional resilient design guidelines that provides change factors to scale design storm depths accounting for recent and projected changes in the region's climate.
