Description - Description: As part of the clearance of the shanty towns located on the former Prairie de Mauves landfill, prior to the implementation of the Urban Ecology Hub (P.E.U.) metropolitan interest project, this consultation concerns securing the site of t he former landfill. In accordance with the provisions of Articles R2161-2 to R2161-6 and then R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract will be presented in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, without any minimum amount, but with a maximum amount set, for the entire contractual term (i.e. 4 years), at 10,000,000 Euros excluding tax.
