Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to build around 90 collective dwellings and 255 m² of commercial areas SIS PUP Nexans in Lyon 7th.The objectives pursued by Grandlyon Habitat in the context of this operation are as follows:- Realizat ion of buildings with quality architecture, and landscaping with the aim of sobriety (maintenance and operating costs to be minimized).- Sobre and contemporary architecture with frank cuts, which integrates harmoniously into a mixed urban fabric.- Respect for the CPAUEP OAP, and the lot sheet.- Response to the objectives of the Sustainable Habitat Set of the Metropolis of Lyon with 8 flexible targets imposed, of the NF Habitat HQE certification.-
