Description - Description: This competition aims to select a project for the construction of a university restaurant and a student house in Le Mans and to award a project management market to the winner for its realization. The project consists of building at the Center du Mans campus a building of around 3200 m² SDP, bringing together on the one hand, a restaurant - Cuisine Centrale du Crous (4,500 meals / day) to replace the current Ru Vaurouzé, and on the other hand, a student house for Le Mans University, including Associative Life Space, Radio Studio, Solidarity and Resourcery.
