Description - Description: The competition is launched in accordance with article L2172-1 of the CCP and organized in accordance with articles R2162-15 to R22162-26. The competition concerns the construction of the new EHPAD in Delle (90). The new building to be c onstructed must include an EHPAD with 91 individual rooms, including 15 places in UVP and a PASA (Pôle d'Activité et de Soins Adaptés) with 14 places. The useful surface area required is approximately 3807 m² (SU) or approximately 5051 m² SDO. This operation is part of a 2023 NF HQE “Health Buildings” certification process delivered by Certivea.
