Description - Description: This consultation concerns the works contracts relating to the restructuring of Annecy Town Hall, according to an open call for tenders procedure, in application of article R 2124-1 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. For lots 2 , 3a, 4, 11 and 12, the contract includes a mandatory social integration clause resulting for the selected candidate in the obligation to reserve 5% of the hours worked on the contract for people experiencing particular difficulties in accessing employment.
