Description - Description: Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust are a small dynamic charity based in Tyneside and have a 99 year lease on a plot of land close to Dunston Staiths.The project is the resurfacing of small 25 space car park with tarmac, bodmat or gr asscrete in Dunston, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. The work is programmed to take place January to March 2025.
