Description - The Port of Rotterdam Authority wants to outsource the deformation measurements for quay walls, jetties and structures to a market party again, because we are at the end of the contract term with our current provider.The purpose of the deformation me asurements carried out for the Port of Rotterdam Authority (HBR) is to observe (possible) horizontal and/or vertical deformations of the objects managed by the HBR (quays, jetties and structures). To this end, measurements are taken at a frequency determined by the HBR. In order to carry out this within the desired accuracy and reliability, measuring according to an appropriate procedure is desirable.
