Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Heights Tower Systems, Inc., CAGE: 1LC01 for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract. The contract will be for a Retractable Aluminum Lattice Tower Systems (P/N: NCU127FK) in support of the in the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Division (PMTD). Heights Tower Systems, Inc. is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirem
