Description - Description: This is a complex service contract using an open procedure. The urban planning office of the Canton of Geneva is revising its cantonal master plan with a horizon of 2050. To support the revision, it requires support to develop a citizen participation strategy for people living and working in Geneva. The services to achieve this form the firm phase of the mandate which starts in the second quarter of 2025 and lasts 8 months. Support for the implementation of the strategy forms the optional phases of this mandate.
