Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction of a set of buildings at the site of the original brownfield of the BEKON complex in Hrádek nad Nisou near Václavská Street.The main part of the set of buildings are three buildin gs: the city archive and depository (approx. 22.5 x 17 x 12.5 m), the polyclinic (approx. 35.5 x 33 x 14 m) and the sports house (approx. 24 x 25.5 x 18 m). These are new buildings with a load-bearing reinforced concrete structure based on piles, flat green roofs, heat-insulating fillings of openings made of aluminum profiles and a contact-insulated outer shell supplemented with metal or brick cladding.
