Description - Description: The University of Toronto (the “University”) is seeking responses to this RFP from engineering firms to provide mechanical and electrical asset condition review, design/bid document preparation, tendering support, contract administra tion (project management/site reviews and project coordination) and project closeout for buildings across the St. George campus and its satellite facilities. The Revitalizing Infrastructure, Strengthening Excellence (RISE) Program (the “Project”) will address captial renewal works across the campus and at some satelite locations in the GTA over the course of 3 years.
