Description - Request for Bids – RFB 2024-020, 2024 Preservation (Microsurface). Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 14, 2024.
