Description - Description: Background Financial Literacy is a core service that is provided by Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority to our beneficiaries, given that they are considered low-income families. Financial management, debt management and financial insecuri ty are critical social challenges facing low-income families. The program is delivered by our supplier, through workshops as well as one-on-one counselling sessions. The program has been running for 2 years, catering to 1,000 families in 2024. They are all Arabic-speaking. The number of sessions attended by each family varies (e.g. 1 – 5 sessions) depending on their needs. Almost 68% of participants are male.
