Description - Description: The Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) System Program Office (SPO) is conducting market research on hardware/firmware based encryption/decryption systems that meet the technical requirements specified herein. With this request for inform ation (RFI) the IBS SPO is seeking responses from interested parties to inform a potential acquisition strategy for the encryption/decryption system. The IBS SPO intends to use responses to this RFI to determine whether sources exist, and whether a potential acquisition can be competitively awarded and/or a Small Business Set-Aside.
