The energy mapping regulations came into force on 01.10.2024 and are i ntended to promote energy efficiency in businesses. The energy mapping is to identify cost-effective energy efficiency measures and establish plans for implementing the measures. The obligation applies to businesses that conduct economic activity in Norway and that have an annual average energy consumption in Norway of more than 2.5 GWh.
