Description - This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (“WDGPH”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Audio-Visual Upgrades in Trillium and EOC Rooms at WDGPH Chancellors Way Office, a s further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). WDGPH is experiencing challenges with the audio-visual systems in two of our key meeting rooms at our 160 Chancellors Way office in Guelph and is seeking a supplier to supply and install a solution that will resolve the challenges and provide the best user experience in each room based on the most up-to-date technology.
