Description - Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County, Kansas, will receive bids for the Douglas County Courthouse, “Exterior Stone Masonry Restoration – Phase 2” project. Work includes exterior stone masonry restoration, building do wnspout rehabilitation, concrete sidewalk replacement and associated site grading, and turf/grass installation (plantings and irrigation system by Owner). Construction Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, are available beginning June 26, 2024.
