Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Maloney and Beaudry Place Renovations, as furth er described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Construction Manager shall participate with the Owner in the Pre-Construction Phase to assist in matters of budgeting, constructability, construction document review, proposed phasing at both locations (Maloney Place and Beaudry Place) requiring renovation scope of work. The CM will provide budget pricing with the assistance of all related major subtrades
