Description - The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified and experienced firm to design, supply and install liner for disused Rapid Infiltration Basins at the Village of Nakusp’s wastewater treatment plant. The Village of Nakusp Wast ewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) includes six former Rapid Infiltration Basins(RIBs) within the property limits of the WWTP. One of the six former RIBs is in use as a receiving pond for byproduct greywater from the DAF plant. A second pond was lined in anticipation of its use in a future reclaimed effluent irrigation project, which did not proceed to fruition.
