Description - Description: The City of Dauphin has recently completed third reading of a new City of Dauphin Development Plan (City Plan) and adoption at Council’s regular meeting of February 12, 2024. The City of Dauphin’s current Zoning Bylaw 04/2015 is inco nsistent with the new City Plan. As such, a new Zoning Bylaw is required.
